Our Islamic curriculum is seamlessly blended in with the children's core curriculum
Infants
WE CARE for children as small as 6 weeks and from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our Focus is to take care of their basic needs and then develop:
- Social/ Emotional Skills Development
- Fine/Gross Motor Skills Development
- Pre Language Skills
- Listening Skills Development
- We constantly communicate with you about all of the important parts of the day such as diapering, feeding and sleeping, not to mention letting you know about the exciting new learning experiences.
- Combining all this while abiding by Texas state-mandated teacher-to-child ratios yields the best kind of infant child-care environment where children learn best and flourish.
Toddlers
Toddlers ages 18 months and older typically form our enriched class!
- Your child's first years of life are a critical time that can determine success in school, relationships and life. As your child begins asserting her independence, it can be exciting and rewarding to watch.
- That is why all our learning centers abide by Texas state-mandated teacher-to-child ratios, and include materials and manipulatives that encourage active exploration and hands-on learning activities to help your child gain independence while promoting confidence in their learning abilities.
Pre-K
Our Pre-K program ranges from 3-5 years old
- Our Pre-Kindergarten Program is the key step in our program. The curriculum focuses on writing, math, science and social development.
- Classrooms features several learning centers equipped with inviting and developmentally appropriate materials.
- We also structure the day to offer plenty of outdoor activity time, providing an opportunity for your child to learn while exercising her body as well as her mind.
- We make sure that all children receive the attention they need to confidently tackle these learning opportunities - that ultimately will prepare them for Kindergarten - by adhering to Texas state-mandated teacher-to-student ratios.
Montessori
Our Montessori program ranges from 3-5 years old
- Offer the child an ideal learning environment based on the Montessori principles that will guide and nurture them to full development.
- Montessori Method’s focus is on the individuality of each child in respect to their needs or talents as opposed to the needs of the class as a whole.
- KLC Montessori is unique as it emphasizes education as a process that begins as a child and continues for a lifetime, offered in the secure, loving natural homely environment and our goal is to nurture in your child a lifelong joy for learning.
